Data Health Check: $4,500

For budgets of $1M to $5M. Two weeks. A data ownership chart, your top 10 issues with fixes, and a 90-day plan.

Data Foundations Assessment: $7,500

For budgets of $5M to $25M ($12,000 for budgets over $25M). Three to four weeks. Everything in the Health Check, plus a metric dictionary and a crosswalk from your funder reports to your books.

90-Day Data Foundations Sprint: $12,000

CRM data standards, duplicate and merge rules, data steward roles, a short set of data policies, and a dashboard spec your staff or vendor can build from.

Monthly data lead: $1,400 to $4,200 a month

8 to 24 hours a month. Steward meetings, definition decisions, board metrics, and checking grant reports before they go out.

Terms

Fixed-fee projects are paid 50% up front and 50% on delivery. Retainers are billed monthly in advance. I write the definitions and specs, and your staff or vendor builds the dashboards. Your data stays in your systems.
