Two to three weeks. A metric dictionary for your board KPIs, an ARR bridge that ties to billing and the general ledger, a data ownership chart, a short memo on your data stack, and a roadmap.
90-Day Data Foundations Sprint: $18,000
Basic governance (owners, access, quality checks), a first board metrics pack, a dashboard spec, and a plan for your first data hire.
Fractional head of data: $2,250 to $6,500 a month
10 to 30 hours a month. A monthly metrics review, a check of the board deck before it goes out, and help with roadmap and stack decisions.
Terms
Fixed-fee projects are paid 50% up front and 50% on delivery. Retainers are billed monthly in advance. I don't work with defense or government contractors.
