Pre-seed or seed startups that have raised less than $1M.

What you get

Up to 12 hours of my time: a kickoff call, 2 or 3 short staff interviews, a review of your systems, and a readout. You get a data ownership chart, your top 5 data issues with a fix for each, a starter list of up to 5 key metrics with definitions, and a week-by-week 90-day plan. I check in again after 30 days. This doesn't include building dashboards, cleaning data, or setting up your CRM.

What I ask in return

2 to 3 hours of your team's time, a 30-minute feedback call at the end, and permission to write up an anonymized case study. You see the draft before I use it. A testimonial is welcome only if you're happy.

How I choose

I take one project per quarter. If no application fits in a given quarter, I don't pick anyone. I look at whether the problem is one I can actually solve, how much the fix would help, and whether your team has time to work on it.

Apply anytime. The next deadline is December 15, 2026, and I'll pick on January 8, 2027. After that, picks are on April 8, July 8, and October 8, 2027. Everyone who applies hears back.

If you'd like to keep working together afterward, the 90-day sprint or your first three months of a retainer are 20% off if you start within 60 days.
